I’m sorry I couldn’t pronounce or spell his name properly. My apologies. He was very professional, punctual and meticulous. He sent me a WhatsApp message 3 hours before my impending departure to make sure I’m at the right ferry gate and included a photo of the vehicle he was driving. This transfer company is also highly recommended as they went out of their way to accommodate my ferry change of timing. Thank you for making my trip safe as well as memorable for my family.
The driver picked us up in the lobby on time and politely. He also put our luggage away for us and repeatedly confirmed the location (there are three piers) and took us to the pier where the cruise ship was located.
It does not match the expression in the picture. I thought it was a Mercedes-Benz when I looked at the picture. It was actually a taxi. However, the driver's attitude was very good and he was punctual. The service was good, but the vehicle and goods were not correct.
The trip was cancelled all of a sudden. Lucky that I can get alternative without affecting the trip. Bad service anyway. I don’t know how the refund (and the return of Klook credits deducted) would be arranged. No information received from Klook in this regard.
