1. 2. Compatriots from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and foreign guests can place orders with confidence.
3. Because the itinerary has plateau areas, people with cardiovascular diseases such as high blood pressure, heart disease, and coronary heart disease are declined to participate.
4. Minors under the age of 18 need at least one parent or adult traveler to accompany them throughout the trip.
5. Elderly people aged 70 (inclusive) and above who book travel must ensure that they are healthy and suitable for travel, and are accompanied by family members or friends over the age of 18 throughout the trip.
6. The quoted price is the price calculated based on 2 people sharing 1 room, except for multiple rooms. Single applicants will try to arrange a room share. If a room share is not possible, they will make up the price difference for a single room;
7. Children's tickets are not accepted for booking, please purchase them at the scenic spot.
8. During the actual trip of this product, the tour leader and driver may make appropriate adjustments to your itinerary according to the weather, traffic and other conditions (such as adjusting the order of scenic spots, etc.) on the premise of not reducing the scenic spots and obtaining the consent of the guests to ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary.
9. During the trip, if attractions cannot be visited normally due to force majeure, the tour leader may cancel or replace the attraction according to the actual situation after negotiating with the guests, or the tour leader will refund the fee on-site according to the ticket price in the travel product. The refund is not based on the listed price of the scenic spot, please understand.
10. If there are any emergencies that require changes to the collection time due to road conditions, the team leader or accompanying staff shall announce it at that time.
11. Complimentary items in the itinerary, if they cannot be given due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather, or cannot be visited due to your personal reasons, the fee will not be refunded, please understand.
12. During the group tour, if you choose to leave the group midway during non-free activities, the unfinished part will be regarded as your voluntary abandonment, and only the ticket fees that have not been incurred will be refunded.
13. Tourists with preferential certificates such as elderly certificates, military officer certificates, military disability certificates, disability certificates, student certificates, and tour guide certificates can enjoy the scenic spot ticket preferential policy, which is subject to the policy announced by the scenic spot on the day of travel. Tourists who meet the conditions should bring relevant certificates, which will be arranged uniformly by the tour leader at that time, and the price difference will be refunded on-site according to the preferential price enjoyed by the guests in the package itinerary.
