  • Day charges are calculated inclusively. For example, if you pick up the device on a Thursday and return it on a Monday, you will be charged for 5 days of usage
  • Please obey the Fair Usage Policy (policy for the fair use of data communication): Under the Fair Usage Policy, users who deal with large amounts of data in a short period of time might, without prior notice, have their data use limited at the discretion of the telecommunications company they are subscribed to. Please refrain from watching videos for a long time, etc., or from using a huge amount of data in a short period of time. Telecom Square will in no way be responsible or liable for the incurred data limit as per above, and you will still be charged with the appropriate fees during your rental period

Please note: if your flight departs between 9:30pm-8:00am, you must book the Home Delivery option here

Booking Notes:
  • If you choose home delivery or pick up at Kaohsiung Airport for your WiFi device you will be required to place your order at least 6 days prior to your departure date. For example, if you are due to depart on 10 June, the latest date for placing an order will be 4 June
  • If you choose pick up the device at Taoyuan Airport or at Songshan Airport for your WiFi device you will be required to place your order at least 4 days prior to your departure date. For example, if you depart on 10 June, the latest date for placing an order will be 6 June
  • The rental duration begins from the actual pick up date until the actual return date. If you depart on 1 June at 2:00am, you must pick up the device during the opening hours on 31 May and you will be charged from 31 May. If you return on 5 June and also return the device on 5 June then you will be charged for rental from 31 May to 5 June, then when selecting 'No. of Days' please select 6 days (5/31, 6/1, 6/2, 6/3, 6/4, 6/5)
  • If there’s a delay in return, damage to the device, or you lose the device, you will be charged according to 'Telecom Square WiFi Router Rental Service (Daily Plan) Usage Basics'

  • Songshan Airport Terminal 1 Chunghwa Telecom service counter. Opening hours: every day 7:00am-6:30pm
  • Taoyuan International Airport Terminal 1 departure hall Wi-Ho!® service counter on 3rd floor. Opening hours: everyday 6:30am-9:30pm
  • Taoyuan International Airport Terminal 2 departure hall Wi-Ho!® service counter on 3rd floor. Opening hours: 6:30am-9:30pm
  • Kaohsiung International Airport International Terminal arrival hall Visitor Information center on 1st floor. Opening hours: 8:00am-9:00pm

Drop Off Location:

  • Songshan Airport Terminal 1 Chunghwa Telecom service counter. Opening hours: every day 7:00am-6:30pm
  • Taoyuan International Airport Terminal 1 arrival hall Wi-Ho!® service counter on 1st floor. / 24hr return box
  • Taoyuan International Airport Terminal 2 arrival hall Wi-Ho!® service counter on 1st floor. / 24hr return box

Pick Up Process:

  • Please present your voucher when you pick up your device
  • Receive the pocket Wi-Fi device and start surfing!
  • Please ensure you collect your device from the location you have chosen at time of booking. If you pick up your device from a different location, there will be a NT$199 surcharg

Return Process:

  • Return the device to the Airport Service Counter or Kaohsiung store
  • You can also drop off the device to an exclusive return box at the airport (make sure the equipment parts are complete before returning). Wi-Ho!® will send you a return confirmation letter via email once checked if everything is in order
  • You can also return with delivery service. You are required to pay the delivery costs. Please make sure that the box is packed appropriately and perfectly sealed. We may ask you to pay compensation if the product is damaged
Cancelation Policy
  • Cancelations or changes to reservations made within 7 days of departure date are subject to a NT199 charge
