What To Expect

Aida is a timeless classic and a staple in opera; and now this story of love returns to the Sydney Opera House under the control of famed conductor Andrea Battistoni, and led by the incredible soprano Amber Wagner, with rising star Natalie Aroyan taking the dream role later in the season. It's a story of love that overcomes enemy lines, filled with music that is so well-known throughout the generations that even individuals unfamiliar with opera will recognize it. This historic epic takes the stage directed by Davide Livermore, who leads you through a story of betrayal, and the triumph through a nation in chains. This is a thrilling opera that fans in Sydney shouldn't pass up the chance to see.

In the past, Circular Quay is far away, slowly, blowing the sea breeze, arriving within 10 minutes, remember to change the physical ticket in advance, if you go to many people before the opening. There is a restaurant on the lower level of the Opera House, where you can enjoy the opera after dinner. The intermission can leave the venue to go to the bathroom, stretch, and have free water to drink.
