Good to know
- Due to traffic conditions and timing, some of our stops may be skipped altogether. However, we will try to stay on the scheduled itinerary as much as possible. As a general rule, we do not offer partial refunds in these cases
- At the farm, the quantity and freshness of the fruit will depend on the climate and other factors. The type of fruit available also depends on the season, usually strawberries from November to June and grapes from August to November.
- Regarding fruit picking, depending on the ripeness and growing conditions, there is a possibility that the fruit picked in advance will be shared as a fruit platter for tasting or given as a souvenir. Please note that no refunds will be given for weather-related complaints or changes in the tour schedule made by the tour guide or any of our staff
- Please arrive at the meeting spot in time. No refunds will be issued in case the customer doesn't show up at the meeting spot on time, unless the tour is cancelled due to extreme situations such as typhoons and other natural disasters
- Please wear comfortable shoes and very warm clothes, as it may be cold in the mountains
- The available time at the Fukaya Hanazono Premium Outlets will depend on road traffic conditions
