Please ensure you have a valid ticket at the time of your trip. The seat reservation remains valid, but you must show a valid ticket or pass (Swiss Travel Pass or Eurail Global Pass) to board the train
- Due to construction work, the track between Poschiavo and Tirano will be closed from 1 to 3 April 2025, and between Pontresina and Poschiavo from 7 to 13 May 2025 (replacement buses available). Additionally, the track between Bergün and Preda will be closed from 3 to 17 November 2025, with the Bernina Express rerouted via Vereina (Chur - Landquart - Klosters - Sagliains - Pontresina).

Luggage Information
- The luggage space available on Bernina Express is limited, it is recommended to travel with hand luggage if possible to ensure the comfort and safety of all passengers
Eligibility
- Children aged 0-5 can travel free of charge provided they will not occupy separate seats
- If children aged 0-5 would like their own seat, a seat reservation must also be made
- Children aged 6+ will be charged the same rate as adults

- Staff is available for guests requiring disability assistance
- Passengers in the same booking will be placed together if possible, however it is not guarantee due to the limited seats available. In case where it is not possible to place all the passengers together, passengers will be placed separately in seats that are nearest to each other
- The direction of travel of the carriages is unknown, as the carriages can be attached to the train in both directions. When booking for more than one person, it is recommended reserving opposite seats
- The seat reservation remains valid even without a ticket. However, you must show a valid ticket, Swiss Travel Pass or Eurail Global Pass to board the train
- Due to construction work, the route between Thusis and Preda will be closed from 4 November 2024 (Monday) to 16 November 2024 (Saturday). The Bernina Express (PE 951 / 952) will be rerouted via Vereina (Landquart – Klosters – Sagliains - Samedan) during this period. The online timetable has been adjusted
