- When booking, please be sure to provide accurate and complete information (name, gender, ID number, nationality, contact information, whether adult or child, etc.) to avoid booking errors that affect your trip. We are not responsible for losses caused by incorrect personal information provided by guests. Guests who do not speak Chinese cannot participate.
- Compatriots from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, as well as foreign tourists, can register.
- Due to the high altitude of Northwest China, people with cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases such as high blood pressure, heart disease, and coronary heart disease are not allowed to participate.
- Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one parent throughout the entire trip.
- Elderly people aged 70 (inclusive) or above who book a trip need to ensure that they are healthy enough for travel and are accompanied by family members over the age of 18 throughout the trip.
- The quoted price is calculated based on 2 people sharing a room, except for multi-person rooms. We will try our best to arrange room sharing for single registrants. If room sharing is not possible, they will need to pay the single room supplement.
- During the actual trip of this product, the tour leader and driver may make appropriate adjustments to your itinerary based on weather, traffic and other conditions (such as adjusting the order of attractions) to ensure the smooth progress of the itinerary, without reducing the number of attractions and with the consent of the guests.
- During the trip, if scenic spots cannot be visited normally due to force majeure, the tour leader may cancel or replace the scenic spot after consulting with the guests, or the tour guide will refund the fee on-site according to the ticket price in the travel product. The refund will not be based on the listed price of the scenic spot. Please understand.
- If it is necessary to change the meeting time due to sudden circumstances such as road conditions, the tour guide or on-board personnel shall announce the change at that time.
- Complimentary items in the itinerary will not be refunded if they cannot be provided due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather, or if you cannot visit them for personal reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
- During group tours, if you choose to leave the group midway during non-free activities, the uncompleted part will be regarded as your voluntary abandonment, and only the ticket fees that have not been incurred will be refunded.
- Tourists with preferential certificates such as Senior Citizen Card, Officer ID, Military Disability Certificate, Disability Certificate, Student ID, and Tour Guide Certificate can enjoy preferential policies for scenic spot tickets. The specific policy is subject to the announcement of the scenic spot on the day of travel. Tourists who meet the conditions should bring relevant certificates, and the tour guide/driver will arrange them uniformly and refund the difference on-site according to the preferential price enjoyed by the guests in the packaged itinerary.
