Overall, the chocolate making part was very nice, although its simple, he really shows you the steps and you get to go home with a lot of chocolate. The museum was “okay”, free chocolate nibs here and there.

the workshop was fun for the kids. the museum was not bad, with free chocolate tasting of 5 types of choco. The virtual demonstration (with tasting at the end) is also interesting and cleverly crafted. Overall it was a pleasant experience (with sufficient air conditioning in the premise)

I made a reservation because the booking page stated "ages 6 and up, accompanied by a guardian." However, upon arrival, I was told that "this workshop is only for ages 7 and up," and my child was unable to participate. I was very confused because the information provided beforehand differed from the actual conditions. Furthermore, the reservation was non-cancellable, so I ended up paying nearly 40,000 yen without being able to experience the activity. If it had clearly stated "ages 7 and up" from the beginning, I would not have made the reservation. For the benefit of future customers, I kindly request that participation requirements, such as age restrictions, be accurately stated.
