Reviews
very nice for children to experience how to make chocolate
The workshop was very interesting, and we made two kinds of chocolate, which was a great value. The museum has air conditioning and chocolate tastings, making it an excellent activity for hot weather.
Overall, the chocolate making part was very nice, although its simple, he really shows you the steps and you get to go home with a lot of chocolate. The museum was “okay”, free chocolate nibs here and there.
the workshop was fun for the kids. the museum was not bad, with free chocolate tasting of 5 types of choco. The virtual demonstration (with tasting at the end) is also interesting and cleverly crafted. Overall it was a pleasant experience (with sufficient air conditioning in the premise)
Fun and efficient! We made chocolate bars and mash mellows.
I made a reservation because the booking page stated "ages 6 and up, accompanied by a guardian." However, upon arrival, I was told that "this workshop is only for ages 7 and up," and my child was unable to participate. I was very confused because the information provided beforehand differed from the actual conditions. Furthermore, the reservation was non-cancellable, so I ended up paying nearly 40,000 yen without being able to experience the activity. If it had clearly stated "ages 7 and up" from the beginning, I would not have made the reservation. For the benefit of future customers, I kindly request that participation requirements, such as age restrictions, be accurately stated.
