What to expect

Step inside one of their modern ferries and travel between Koh Pha Ngan and Koh Samui in just 30 minutes! Choose from the various schedules available, as well as your pick up/drop off point in Koh Samui (either Pralarn Pier or Nathon Pier,) depending on your travel needs. Once that's settled, purchase your tickets at least 24 hours in advance and pick up your ticket at the ticket booth near your ferry's boarding location. Make sure to check in at least half an hour before the scheduled departure time, before you enter the boat and wait for the ship to sail. The ferry also has an awesome outdoor deck where you can feel the cool ocean breeze and smell the salty air. Pick ups for hotels in selected areas in Koh Samui are also available for an extra charge.

- You can bring a luggage bag up to 1 meter in length, free of charge. Bags between 1-1.5 meters in length will incur an extra charge of THB150, to be paid in cash directly to the operator. Bags bigger than 1.5 meters will not be allowed on-board
- Bringing water sports equipment (eg. Vibrating Surfboard, Skateboard, Nine Boards, Windsurfing, etc.) will incur an extra charge of THB400 for bus route & boat route or THB300 for boat route only, to be paid in cash directly to the operator
- Bringing bicycles (only for folding bicycles) will incur an extra charge of THB100 for boat route and the same for bus route & boat route, to be paid in cash directly to the operator

The ticket says the speedboat will dock at Bangrak Pier but turned out in Pralarn. But before that incorrect pier happened, I have a really bad experience. I'm trying to check in early as the front desk near the pier told me that I can. When I go to check in station, the staff told me that there is no 4:30pm schedule. I talked to the Klook's CS and they assured me that I will board one. I don't have the choice to wait coz cannot cancel. I booked 4 services to Lomprayah which costs me 110 USD. I tot its cheaper but there are other companies that offer the same route/transfers from/to Bangkok-Koh Tao-Koh Phangan-Koh Samui-vv. which only cost half! No other choice but #NeverAgainLomprayah

We came to pier 30 minutes before departure as pointed in voucher, redeem our tickets, driver picked us up and dropped off to another pier by car. Here we were waiting until catamaran came, staff helps us with language. Everything was perfect!

Good and easy experience, there was no pickup, so we reached the Lomprayah Check in counters on our own. The catamaran is superb and it was a flawless journey. Hassle free and on time.
the catamaran not arrive on time, but they provide the transfer service from lomprayah office to pier, no need to carry your own luggage there, just wait at the office would be nice. nice transfer as well. you may enjoy your time inside the cabin or outside either.
