Reviews
An authentic Thai experience. The meetup place was easy to find. Driver was nice and on time. The van was clean and comfy. First activity was the Damnoen Floating Market. Boat ride is included in the package. A lot of unique items for sale, just don’t forget to haggle for a good price 😅. Second stop was the market on the sides of the floating market. We enjoyed another haggle 😅. Last stop was the drop off at Chatuchak Market. Thought it would be a tiring market experience since this was the biggest in Bangkok, but it turned out to be amazing and relaxing.
I recommend it because you can have a wonderful experience full of exoticism. This content is especially surprising at this price. When going around by boat, I felt that I was not careful enough to stop at a souvenir shop that I was not interested in in the heat. I wished the fruit boat stopped more.
The activity started on time. We met with the driver at the designated location and time. The ride with the boat at the floating market was smooth. The one steering the boat was very helpful and giving us some trivia about the place. After the boat ride. The driver of the van brought us to a place where we can take pictures and buy souvenirs. After which we went back to Siam Paragon while the other group was brought to chatuchak after. Overall a good experience
Journey was more than 1 hour for a 2 hour experience at the floating market - empty your bowels at your hotel Drop-off for Chatuchak was at JJ plaza so you have walk 5-10 mins to the famous weekend market Not sure about the prices at the floating market as didn’t buy anything.
Booking via Klook is definitely cheaper. We were a group of 8 people and the driver took us to Damnoen Saduak in 2 hours comfortable ride. Floating Market is a sightseeing place. We tool a long tail boat, bought some Thai specialty souvenirs here (after a lot of bargain). Chatuchak is the BEST place to shop for everything. Buy in bulk for cheaper deals. A must place to shop!
One for the experience!! A must when visiting bangkok… We also would like to recommend our driver for letting us stop by the train station! 5 ⭐️
I had an amazing experience. but beginning was a rush and I accidentally enter wrong transport. but both tour agen communicated n arrange halfway for me to join the correct tour. very kind. love the boat ride. so awesome.
This is good for first time travellers to have a glimpse of local livelihood. But its not something you would want to go back to. When we visit the quality of water on some areas are poor that it smells.
Easy to find the meetup location. Took about 1.5 hours to 2 hours to reach the floating market, including a toilet break at the petrol station. Reached there before 9am and there wasn't much people there. The boat ride took about an hour. Stalls along the river were mostly selling same items/ souvenirs such as keychains, pouch, t-shirts. After the boat ride, the bus driver drove us another 5 minutes to the shopping area - also selling similar stuff, but with more food choices. This area is more crowded and there was a jam in the river. A very touristy place. Can give it a try if you have not went before.
A nice experience when in Thailand. Had so much fun though the weather is Hot.
