    Woodbury New York has a range of shops. We loved Coach there as it is one of the most value for money purhcase!

    it's a really convenient one as there's no fixed timing that you have to abide to. you can choose which timing to go and return from their list.

    It was easy to collect the tickets. But there is no way to reserve a confirmed seat on your return back to NYC. We decided to choose the 2nd last serivce back to NYC but upon arriving at the pick up location, there was a long line waiting. But we are lucky enough to grab the last 2 seats while people behind us have to wait for another one hour for the next bus.

    Huge outlets shopping mall, will take you the whole day. People tend to bring their empty luggage

    Fairly easy to redeem the voucher for a ticket at the Port Authority Bus Terminal, although do note that the ticket office opens around 7. The outlets open around 10, so the 8:30 am bus is good. Buses were clean and the drive was smooth and safe.

    compare to buying the shuttle bus ticket in person at the agency, buying online through KLOOK is more inexpensive. furthermore if you have plans to buy certain items belongs to the vouchers they offer, it would be a perfect choice. but make sure that some information was not accurate such as the spot where we take a bus towards NY was wrong(not 2 terminal!!) Because of the incorrect information, I was a bit confused, except for that it was fine
