Reviews
I was able to efficiently tour Gozo Island in one day. The process from pick-up to dismissal was smooth, and the other participants were from various countries, but everyone was kind and it was a fun tour. Since it was an English tour, I couldn't understand all the historical explanations, but important meeting places and meeting times were explained slowly in easy-to-understand English, so I was able to spend the time without any problems.
The itinerary to see Gozo Island in one day itself doesn't seem to be bad. You take the pick-up point near the hotel and go to the ferry terminal for sightseeing. It's more convenient than traveling individually. Guides are provided in several languages, but the English guide seems to be a bit inexperienced. Could you please be a little considerate? It's a shame the guide was there, but he seemed to be trying his best, so I boarded the Blue Grotto boat on my own and didn't give any information in advance, so it was a bit risky. And the lunch was a bit poor, but other than that, it was just okay.
A few months ago, my flight to Zagreb was canceled due to an unexpected runway excursion at Zagreb Airport, preventing me from using the Klook travel guide I had purchased. Despite the flight cancellation not being our fault, we had already paid, and while the hotel and taxi pickup were rendered unusable, Klook's customer service kindly credited the amount as points. (Thank you again.) Thanks to this, I was able to plan two trips with Klook for my recent trip to Malta, and I had a great time. Thank you for making the trip comfortable and informative.
trip had some beautiful stops. wish there was more time to see some of the other interesting places we drove by and did not stop
Overall it was a nice trip, but... - the tour is advertised as "departure from Valletta" and we and others assumed the tour would start there. Pick-up from the Hotel was not a few minutes before the tour started, but 1.5 hours early to pickup other people from all over Malta. (We saw Mdina on the way!) - Instead of a boat tour from Valletta to Gozo we ended up at the ferry terminal. At least 100 people gathered there to be devided in various groups (English/German, Italian etc.) One bus was late and we ended up waiting for them. - The tour was shorter than advertised. - Tour guide was nice but told us that "other places on Gozo are nicer but we will not see them". Why are we going to the "ugly" places? - Lunch was around 14:00 and not very good. Cheap wine but no water included. - One group missed the ferry back and we had to wait again. Using the ferry is fine, but please do not advertise this as abtour from Valletta. Too expensive for a tour that could easily done by public bus.
nice view of Dwejra. The tour guide instructed very clear.
