- Sichuan scenic areas require real-name registration for entry. Therefore, when booking, customer service may need you to provide the ID card or passport (or travel permit) information of all participants; otherwise, you can only purchase tickets on-site (on-site purchases may not guarantee entry during peak seasons due to visitor limits). Please be aware and understand this. During the activity, please be sure to carry your ID card, passport (or travel permit) with you for verification when entering scenic spots and checking into hotels. Please also take good care of your valuables.
- This activity requires walking outdoors. Please wear shoes and socks suitable for walking, and take sun protection (summer) or warmth (winter) measures. If you need to add a tour to the Emei Golden Summit, be sure to bring warm clothing. Please check the weather conditions before departure and bring clothing suitable for outdoor travel.
- Free pick-up and drop-off are available within the 3rd Ring Road and the High-tech Zone South Area of Chengdu. If you are outside this area, paid pick-up and drop-off services can be provided. Please consult customer service for details. Thank you for your understanding.
- This activity includes vehicle use and driver service fees for pick-up and drop-off and single-day tours not exceeding 10 hours. If the time is exceeded, a standard fee will be charged (details can be inquired with customer service after placing the order). Our company will not charge extra fees for delays caused by weather, traffic jams, or other force majeure factors.
- This activity is a one-order-one-group tour. The fee includes 1 night of hotel accommodation (standard twin room, 2 people per room). If a natural single room occurs or a single person needs to stay, a single room supplement must be paid, and the room requirements must be noted when booking; the hotel does not have triple rooms. A maximum of 2 adults and 1 child under 12 years old are allowed in one room. The hotel will charge a breakfast fee for children who do not occupy a bed, depending on the situation. Please be aware and understand this.
- To facilitate your better experience of local cuisine, lunch and dinner are arranged by yourself. You can give priority to special restaurants or consult the travel butler. The driver will be responsible for pick-up and drop-off without overtime. Please do not drink excessively during the trip.
- This package does not include guide and scenic spot explanation services. If you need it, you can contact customer service to purchase guide services after placing the order (professional certified guides in Chinese, English, Japanese, Korean, Thai and other languages can be provided).
- If you need to add a tour to the Emei Halfway (Wannian Temple, Qingyin Pavilion) or Emei Golden Summit during the itinerary, you can inform customer service after placing the order, and we can assist you in booking tickets for free. You can also purchase them on-site.
- If the Leshan cruise ship cannot travel due to force majeure factors such as heavy fog or floods, it will be changed to a mountain hiking tour of the Leshan Giant Buddha, but the sightseeing car fee in the scenic area (30 yuan/person) must be borne by yourself.
- The organizer will send the "Tour Notice" to tourists through WeChat, email, or other mutually recognized methods before 20:00 on the night before departure. If the payment time is after 17:00 on the day before departure, the "Tour Notice" will be sent before 23:30 on the night of payment. If you do not receive it, please contact the staff in time. The specific departure time is subject to the "Tour Notice" or the notice from the organizer's customer service staff in the tour WeChat group.
