great tour and very friendly tour guide with great smiles 😁windy and raining hard but we still have wonderful time thanks ☺️
Santiago was a wonderful trip. Thanks to our passionate guide Miguel and our buddy Sergio for driving us comfortably and safely. The grandeur and beauty of the Cathedral of Santiago was breathtaking, and the entire city was so beautiful and wonderful.
Personally, I was planning to take the Flix bus, but I signed up for this tour. The time allocation was good, the guide's explanation was good, and it was excellent in terms of time savings and convenience for the price. The price is cheaper than tours from other platform companies, so I highly recommend it.
Satisfaction garanteed is not a good buy. We had a terrible transfer sitting at the back of the bus, with very restricted amount of leg room, ( our height is around 1,62cm). Tour guide Diego did not allow us to change seats and didn’t ask the person siting specifically in front to not recline their chair, despite our request. When we tried to sit in different seats half way on our trip he embarrassed us speaking loudly that every one should seat in their original seats. We travelled in total more than 6 hours, it was extremely uncomfortable. My legs got numb, my right leg has a red mark due to pressure on the same spot , no room to move my legs, also I had to carry my rucksack on my lap all the journey as it didn’t fit on the top shelf. I would not recommend this trip neither for the price £147 for 2 people, neither for the terrible service. My friend and I travelled to many different places around the world however 6 hours in this trip was worse than 27 h flying with 4 connections.
enjoyed the day trip to Santiago! the pick up was smooth and we left on time. guide also gave us time to explore the town. one let-down would be that we expected the guide to take us through Santiago and give us interesting facts/details about the place but this fell short of that. we were left to wander on our own.
more comfortable seats, better tour guide to tell about the history of the place and more interaction
