I didn't face any issues with the booking, but the condition of many of the animal enclosures wasn't very good. There was no water in some animals who are known to be amphibious, like one of the crocodiles. and it was so hot. some animals who are known to be pack/family animals didn't have companions and appeared lonely. the big birds enclosures weren't big enough. The zoo is so big but so much of its space is for humans and not for the animals. I wish it were the other way around.
