Cagaloglu Hammam Experience in Istanbul

the experience is wonderful. we are seated at lobby and feel up a form on details about us then we are brought to individual room to put our belongings and prepare for the experience. key was provided and kept with us. for the experience, we sat in sauna for about 5-10 mins with a water bottle to hydrate ourself then we are called upon by a staff to a central place where we are scrub and follow up bubble bath. lastly, they will use their shampoo, condition to bath us. lastly ending with rest with turkish tea and delights before retreat to our room to change.

I enjoyed the experience. Turkish baths are quite unique. I never felt so clean in my life, from head to toes.

A very historic bathhouse with very friendly service. It's a worthwhile experience, and the massage is very comfortable. Highly recommended.

The hammam I felt was a bit rushed but great experience nevertheless - the sauna, the soapy massage, and bath were refreshing. The tea, fruity drink & turkish delights served at the end was a nice touch. During the bath, the staff was attentive and also respectful to ensure photos are not taken in the bath area. The front desk staff was also kind enough to give out free soaps as gifts.

very beautiful experience for a first timer. Very friendly staff who would guide you along the way. The staff who handled my hamam and massage was very gentle with me though I would have preferred a stronger foot massage. overall very satisfying experience.

This is such a unique experience! My husband and I did this the moment we landed in Istanbul and it was refreshing and amazing. Such a beautiful place too! I love the design and the architecture. Highly recommended!

There's a half Waterfish sculpture, and the setting has a great vibe. You can really see the 1500 years of history. I recommend buying a souvenir!

Relaxing experience. I enjoyed a lot the envoronment knowing it's almost 300 years. The hammam was rather a "spa" soft and relaxing experience ranther than full exfoliation like I receive during moroccan bath. It's just worth to come and experience the history.
