Before departure, I confirmed the meeting place with customer service twice, but both times were wrong. The first meeting place was 15 minutes away from the Monarch Castle. I thought it was strange, so I checked with the customer service, and the customer service gave me another meeting place 3 minutes away from the Monarch Castle. On the day of the trip, the tour guide appeared opposite the Monarch Castle, which made us look for it for a long time. We hope that this problem of giving the wrong meeting place will not happen again next time. After all, it is not so convenient to contact us abroad, and we will not give the tour guide’s contact information in advance.
