It was a modern, clean bus. The seats were comfortable too. There were charging options for cell phones and free WiFi. Departure was on time and the ride went smoothly.
Easy to book and the instructions provided were very clear. The bus was comfortable and the journey very straightforward with no problems. From Penang to Cameron Highlands is four & half hours. The only stop is in Ipoh about two & half hours from Penang, and the stop is only for 10 minutes. At the price which was less than GBP20 for two of us, the service was excellent. Highly recommended.

Departed on time. At 8:00. Arrived at 13:05. The bus is comfortable. The seats are wide, you can sleep. There is air conditioning. Wi-Fi did not work. There was one short stop to go to the toilet and get snacks. The last hour and a half is very hard to ride, you get motion sickness on the serpentine.
After booking the ticket online, you can show your phone or photocopy on site. The bus will leave on time at 8:30 and arrive before 1:00.
Bus left on time and the traffic was very good so we reached Penang after 4 hours and a half. Seats were comfy enough. Overall a good service and experience.

The afternoon bus was going to Sungai Mengli Bus Terminal. A staff member reminded us that we could not eat food on the bus when the bus arrived at the station. We could go to the toilet once on the way. This bus went from Ipoh to Cameron Highlands. We could charge the car and the bus was very clean. The driver reminded us to wear seat belts to ensure safety.
I traveled from Penang to Cameron Highlands. The bus driver drove carefully and did a good job checking the number of passengers when leaving the rest stop. There was a USB port on the bus so I could charge my phone. When exchanging for paper tickets in Penang, there is a charge of 2 ringgits per person.
Comfy bus. Best was the commentary at various points, very creative and funny. it really made the ride memorable for us.
