For SIM card courier services, please allow ample time for the SIM card to be delivered to you
SIM card delivery is for West Malaysia only. The delivery to East Malaysia (Sabah & Sarawak) is not available
If you are using a new phone, please ensure you have used it with a Malaysian SIM card and made calls of at least 10 minutes to unlock or your phone will not be able to use an overseas SIM card
