Yeah, hiking up the volcano can be a real challenge, but the feeling i get from it is like no other! It's totally worth it for the chance to witness a volcanic eruption up close.
The travel agency canceled the tour twice without prior notice due to bad weather, so I waited in the cold and rain at the meeting place and wasted my time. I have to return home, so I can no longer participate in the tour. There is no guidance or action regarding refunds, and the local tour agency is telling me to get a refund from Klook, but Klook is not taking any action or contacting me. It is an absurd situation.
