The refined ritual of Afternoon Tea began, like Raffles Singapore, in the 19th century. Once a British aristocratic tradition, it travelled to Asia during the Golden Age of Travel and remains cherished today.
Revel in the elegance and grandeur of The Grand Lobby, as you take in the gracious hospitality, rich heritage and timeless refinement that is synonymous with Raffles. Amidst the timeless splendour of The Grand Lobby, savour delicate finger sandwiches, home-baked scones, exquisite cakes and seasonal treats, elegantly served on a three-tier silver stand, alongside single garden tea from our tea partner JING or an exquisite glass of champagne.

it was a experience once in a lifetime for my partner and I, the service is excellent and would recommend it to anyone who wants spoil their partner,
What a wonderful way to experience high tea steeped in rich traditions. The atmosphere including ambience of the environment and music courtesy of the harpist was beautiful. High tea itself was delicious & throughly enjoyable capped off by wonderful staff. Unfortunately I found the Klook website not as satisfoctory, Raffles offers 4 high tea options however the Klook website only offers one & I found the detail to be ambiguous and trying to clarify prior to purchasing the voucher as non existent and the "chat" function was too restrictive which meant I could not get a straight answer and in the end had to validate with Raffles directly & given you need to make a booking with Raffles anyway, it would have been better to deal directly from the start - there were no savings being made by using Klook !
High tea was good as the small bites and pastries were delightful. Thoughtful service staff who even came up with a birthday pastry. What a relaxing afternoon at The Grand Lobby.
This lived up to everything I had hoped for. Atmosphere, great food and lovely staff. We were celebrating a special holiday, and received a special cheesecake for it. We indulged in a glass of bubbles which topped the whole experience. We left with a bag of leftovers for later.
very good place to eat and spend time with friends
Id forgotten to ring and confirm my booking, but the girl on the front desk was so lovely. She went off to see someone and came back and told me she could give me a table now but I had to leave by 3pm
The atmosphere is very good ~ there is harp playing on site, and they will also give you tea samples for you to choose tea. The service of the on-site staff is also good. However, the food is good but quite ordinary, not amazing, but the taste is OK. If you have more leisure time, it would be a good idea to have a leisurely afternoon tea👍
An exceptional traditional afternoon tea in a luxurious setting, go hungry and take in all of the splendour of Raffles. A definite must do when in Singapore
The food looked and tasted amazing. However, the drinks we ordered were never served. The third time we ordered, they were served immediately, but 50 minutes had already passed since the first order. The staff who took our third order were very polite, but none of the staff noticed that we didn't have any drinks, and even when we were running out of drinks, they didn't take any more orders, so the quality of the service was disappointing. It may have just been a series of bad luck, but it was an amazing experience that I have never had before.
It is not too far from Marina Bay Sands, so it is easily accessible. Singapore is full of high-rise buildings, but this hotel is not as big as you might think and has an old-fashioned feel. The staff is generally friendly, and the food is clean and delicious. It is not cost-effective compared to the price, but the atmosphere is good, so it is worth visiting at least once.
