- The local representative will meet you and collect your original copy of passport and two ID photos from you.
- time 5:30 pm at your hotel.
- Pre-trek briefing about trekking and safety discussion, along with equipment review

- Last-minute purchase of personal necessities before the trip.
- Welcome dinner in Kathmandu, withNepali cultural program.
- Please be aware that you need to book your own place to stay in Kathmandu. Make sure you arrive in Kathmandu at least one day before the trek begins for pre-trek preparations.
- Since flights between Lukla and Kathmandu sometimes get delayed, it's a good idea to plan for a few extra days in Kathmandu. This way, you reduce the chance of missing your international flight.
