- Convenient proximity: The center is located 5 minutes from the Bukhansan Ui station(Ui LRT) Exit No.2. After renting equipment from the center, you can head to Bukhansan for breathtaking views and an unforgettable hiking experience. Google Map
- We recommend visiting in the morning due to restricted entry hours.
- Weekends and public holidays can be busy, so please allow extra time.

Welcome to the Seoul Hiking Tourism Center(Bukhansan), your premier destination for outdoor adventures, gear rental, and unforgettable hiking experiences just outside the city center of Seoul. Start your journey to Mt. Bukhansan with our sturdy hiking boots and comfortable attire, and savor the local flavors of Korea at Ui-dong right after your hike!

- Closed every Monday and holidays (2025. Oct. 6th: Chuseok and 2026. Jan 29th: Lunar New Year’s Day)
- Return time: Before 16:30

Precautions
- The rental products are valuable assets of the Hiking Tourism Center. We encourage your active participation in creating a safe and clean rental culture.
- Rental products are expected to be returned in their original condition. In the event of loss or damage, repurchase or repair costs may be charged.
- All leisure products are not insured. Accidents resulting from your negligence are your own responsibility.
- We are not responsible for accidents and penalties during the rental period, particularly while hiking. Consider signing up for individual traveler’s insurance or mountain insurance if safety concerns arise.
- Using our products for lending, transfer, collateral, decomposition, etc., to a third party is strictly prohibited. All responsibilities arising from such prohibited acts are borne by the individual.

Personally I rented the gloves/poles/backpack. I feel the gloves may not be necessary but the rest of the gear definitely helped. Really grateful to the Seoul Hiking Tourism team for helping me pick out the gear and explaining the various routes I could take to reach Baegundae Peak. They’ve been really friendly and I would recommend anyone who’s travelling in Korea to give them a visit! The rental gear was clean and fresh too, and carried me up to the top. Today I planned to hike to the highest peak of Bukhansan mountain with my daughter and we came to the renting place at 9.30 am and asked them what to wear. They were very friendly people and can speak perfect English. They even helped us how to hike safely ❤️. Thank you so much. It was a lifetime experience and the view from top was just AWESOME 🤩 .
fantastic service, we borrowed really comfy hiking boots and then when we returned them they let us print off one of our pics from the top of the mountain for free!
Sweet staff and very easy-to-use service! We booked gloves, shoes, and poles the night before, and they had everything ready for us the next morning. They also took time to explain the route in detail, as well as how to open and use the poles. We were veryyy grateful to have rented the shoes with nice grip because the slippery rocks were no joke! 100% recommend!
honestly, i didn't expect much since i decided to head to bukhansan without a plan yet i managed to summit! this service is top notch with staffs that can converse in perfect english who provided me a map that guides me to the summit (10/10!) and i've also booked on the same day of rental! would recommend to use klook for quick and easy pick up! trekking poles = 2 poles, silly me requested for 2 and they managed to swap out the other pole for something else for me! #verygrateful!

The shoes were very clean and comfortable, they provided lockers to store your shoes and belongings as well and even provided us with a map and highlighted the route.
