I stayed for three days and two nights. I felt that the hotel was very considerate and the room was very good. Most importantly, I injured my lumbar spine on the last day. The man who helped me with my luggage took care of us from the room to the front desk. I am so grateful for his help. He is very careful and polite, and deserves to be praised. I was very troubled by my back injury, but he really tried his best to help me. The surprise I prepared for my mother was probably forgotten by the front desk, but it doesn't matter. Remind everyone that if you really want to go, you must bring mosquito repellent. My mother and I have been bitten by mosquitoes many times~

The location is a bit far from the city, but the nearby lake scenery is very peaceful. There were too many mosquitoes in the summer; even after applying mosquito repellent, spray, and patches, the children still got bitten. I noticed that this Yu Rong Zhuang is different from others in mainland China. This one focuses on sound therapy and meditation. The rooms are equipped with meditation tools, allowing you to relax. Unfortunately, there's very little animal interaction, just two black swans and some koi fish. And surprisingly, there are no peacocks at this Yu Rong Zhuang. I wonder if the water in the rooms truly has hot spring benefits?

If there is a buy one get one free offer, the value for money is high. The air conditioning in the room is weak and the bedding feels high-end and very comfortable. Please note that outdoor swimming pools, lake boats, etc. are not open until 2 p.m., and they will stop opening when it is cloudy and light rain without warning, which will be very disappointing. On the other hand, if you want to rent a bicycle to Songshan Lake, take a taxi to the entrance of the lake first. Don’t trust the hotel’s walking path to the lake. There are only walking roads there. After walking for almost an hour, there was no rental car. There was no trace of the store, but luckily the scenery was pretty good, so it was treated as a hike while getting soaked all over. The hotel staff are also clueless. They obviously lack product knowledge and are not clear about the surrounding areas. The hotel's hardware is good and adequate. The breakfast is rich and sparkling wine is provided. It feels high-end, but the service needs to be improved. If there is a discount, you can relax and enjoy it.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is friendly. Children like this hotel very much. The outdoor swimming pool is not big but very clean. The wave pool is relatively small, but the children had a great time.

Consistent with Banyan Tree's comfort and spaciousness, the breakfast has many options, and the included one-hour massage is very professional and relaxing. Getting around is a bit inconvenient and requires taking a taxi, and the bathtub hot water is not hot enough. But overall, it's a great place to relax on vacation. The afternoon tea restaurant staff are top-notch!

Hotel's environment and service brings tremendous comfort and tranquility to my body and spirit. The staff are very helpful and polite. Food is super great. I highly recommend this hotel to every one who looks for a place for simple relaxation.

This time, we came to Dongguan to experience a slower pace of life. A family trip for three is really suitable for Banyan Tree. Not only are there parent-child facilities to free up your hands, but also a travel photographer to take family photos for us. Xiaowan Travel Photography's photographer Panpan is very professional, and the photos are beautiful.

The environment is beautiful and the surrounding attractions are also good. The hotel can go directly to the Science Park and ride a bicycle to the European town. The travel photography is beautiful and the food is better than expected, especially the Chinese food in Baiyun Restaurant. The only drawback is that the weather is hot and humid and there are many mosquitoes. It should be more comfortable if the weather is cool.

The grassy environment is very relaxing, the rooms are beautiful, and the service staff are very nice! In addition, the hotel provides bicycle rental, so you can ride a bicycle to get around. However, there are a lot of mosquitoes, so remember to use mosquito repellent spray.

It's such a great deal. Although it's a bit remote, mainlanders don't have this deal. The environment is elegant and the breakfast is rich. It's worth a weekend trip for the whole family.
