The service is run by China Memory Trip 小飞象国际旅行社, and it is a 9 hour service whereby you can choose between 7am-7pm. Make sure you download the WeChat app as mostly the communication will be done via this app and all the information will be given a day prior to the trip. It is recommended to do the Xiamen Botanical Garden by entering through South Gate (up using escalator) and exit via West Gate (down via bus). You’ll need to make bookings prior to visiting South Putuo Temple and Xiamen University via WeChat app. Our driver 汪师傅 is very friendly, punctual and has great driving skills. Besides that, she is very patient and helpful with the elderly. The car is spacious and clean.

We were picked up on time; car was clean and driver is polite. It’s is a 9 hours service and the driver is always there waiting for us. We lost our way in Zeng Cuo An and the driver got to find us and luckily the driver advised us to download WeChat so we can share our location. The company in charge are very responsive to my queries. They give your all the details one day before the trip and this makes you feel assuranced.

The driver thoughtfully waited for us at the exit of each scenic spot so that we could quickly get in the car and rest when we were tired from shopping.

The driver introduced us in detail and was able to find us even if we got lost. He has good driving skills and will use this platform to book a trip next time.

Our driver-guide was Yan :) The day before, we had a brief introduction and discussed our itinerary. We met at 9 AM and started our journey. I was surprised because he looked so young, haha. Thanks to his smart planning and well-organized route, the trip was smooth and comfortable. I really appreciated him opening and closing the doors for us every time we got in and out of the car. He always made sure to confirm our meeting point after we got off, and he arrived quickly when we contacted him after sightseeing. And I'm so, so grateful that he introduced us to delicious restaurants and took us there :) It was a day where he safely took us back to the hotel at the very end~~~

The driver contacted us the day before, which made us feel very secure. They were even able to recommend attractions while driving us around! The car was in excellent condition, completely problem-free, and very comfortable. We were able to leave our luggage in the car and have a great time!
