Istanbul: Uludag & Bursa Historical Full-Day Tour

We had an absolutely wonderful trip to Bursa and Uludağ, and it was made truly special thanks to our very accommodating tour guide, Mr. Mohammad. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the history and culture of the region. He ensured our journey was smooth, comfortable, and well-organized. In Bursa, we enjoyed exploring the beautiful historical sites, vibrant markets, and delicious local cuisine. The breathtaking views and fresh mountain air in Uludağ were unforgettable. We highly recommend visiting Bursa and Uludağ, especially with such a dedicated and thoughtful guide. Thank you, Mr. Mohammad, for making our trip so memorable!

We booked this tour expecting a smooth day trip to Bursa, but the experience was disappointing. ​The Timeline: despite a 9:00 AM pickup, we didn't arrive in Bursa until 1:30 PM. The morning was wasted on the road and unwanted "sales" stops, leaving almost no time for the actual itinerary. ​Hidden Costs & Traps: The published itinerary was largely ignored in favor of unannounced stops: ​ATV Stop: We were forced to stop at an ATV rental demanding 2000 TL per person. It felt like a trap, and our group refused. ​Snowmobiles: Another unannounced stop. We paid 4000 TL (for two)—while fun, it was exorbitantly expensive. ​Chair Lift: Be aware this is separate from the Cable Car. We were hit with an unexpected 700 TL/person fee here. ​The Experience: By the time we finally reached the Cable Car (which was free), it was night. Between the darkness and foggy glass, we saw absolutely nothing. Even the cultural stop at the mosque felt rushed to push us into a "sweet shop" for more spending.

Value for money package trip to Bursa. Trips inclusive of a meal, ferry, transport from and back to hotel. Nuri as tour guide was very good. Highly recommended!

Bursa & all the tourist locations that we had that time are boring. Location too far from Istanbul. Of all my touring experiences in various countries, this is the only time I've been disappointed with a tour guide. Our guide (his name is Mohammed, speaks English and Arabic) was very unprofessional. He only explained for 10-15 seconds on the bus and then sat for the rest of the trip. He never accompanied the participants at the tourist locations. So we were all just left to wander on our own while the guide just sat waiting for us on the bus. All he was thinking about was how to sell optional tours and drop guests off at shopping locations for baclava/Turkish delight. He didn't even ask us to buy snacks so we wouldn't starve. On our tour program that time, we only had lunch prepared at 3:30 PM. There were children among the tour participants, many of whom were hungry because the guide didn't explain more.. All participants had the same complaints about their experienced on that day.

Not appropriate, the name of the tour is Uludag tour, but only given 25 minutes there ... the rest from the beginning of the departure stopped at expensive souvenir shops & the shops are tricks to cheat consumers, not according to the words. The first destination to TPT Jeep & it really is not recommended & a waste of time. The guide is not very helpful & not very friendly. Lunch at 4 pm until we were all hungry & there was no information. So in the afternoon we looked for food first. In my opinion the tour is not recommended, even though if it is really full Bursa & Uludag it is very good. The tour ended at 9:30 pm arriving at the hotel.

This tour could be better if more time allocated at the Uludag Ski Centre. I felt that it was a rushed. Almost 1.5 hours spent on bus just picking up other people.

Mr. Muhammad was a good and friendly leader. The trip was awesome. My suggestion is that the tour is recommended to begin earlier in the morning so it is not too late to return to the hotel because the itinerary is jam-packed and traffics could be a problem

Our guide was friendly and shared his personal Syrian-Turkish heritage and experience living in Syria through private conversation. Regrettably, the itinerary on Klook’s platform didn’t contain details such as: 1. Turkish delight factory stop - essentially an overpriced tourist shop where there was no viewing of pastry making. 2. Jam factory - another shopping stop with no demonstration of jam making. As a result of these shopping trips, we ended up having lunch close to 2pm. There was no details that the visit to the national park involved a buggy ride that would bring people around the mountain for an hour and costs 2,000 lira. Not included in cost of tour. The listing on Klook is misleading as it looked like it was a visit to nature park to hike and not this activity which I decided to sit out. I regretted taking this tour with long time on the bus and an overall experience that didn’t deliver.
