I purchased a 48-hour hop-on hop-off ticket, but I wasn’t able to fully use the Blue Line due to the long waiting times. Compared to cities like Rome and Barcelona, where buses arrive every 10 minutes, the service here was quite limited and required a longer wait.

the driver yesterday were very rude. in the middle of the ride he stopped the bus and the engine and open the door and go out. we were shocked. i just heard the driver and the lady tour guide talking out loud and arguing about something since its a different language i cant understand . as i was informed, the passengers from the deck went down because they were cold that made the driver get angry because he doesnt want them to stay on the aisle .well, as driver he can just let them explain that it doesnt allow it. he doesnt need to act like that.

Its real time bus arrival tracking online system doesn't work and misleading, it caused us to miss the bus. Staff at Duomo station was impolite when asking him about directions. He told me ask a taxi driver instead.

price: Not worth it. This tour was a complete waste of money! service: They’re pretty irregular and say a bus is coming when it isn’t. I ended up waiting 50 minutes for a bus saying it was coming in 20! It was 33 degrees and I nearly passed out. facilities: When on the bus, the audio kept cutting out and some seats were dirty and needed to be cleaned. They also don’t loop the buses, so a bus stops and it takes like an hour to start again. There should be multiple buses going at a time but the max I saw on the live feed was 2, but one was always finishing. Milan is a very walkable city so I recommend walking or taking public transport. experience: Overall had a bad experience and wasted my money.
