What To Expect

If you're in Nagoya, you can't miss out on this once-in-a-lifetime experience - a day trip to Tateyama, where you can walk between the magfinicent snow walls found in this charming town. Seeing the brilliant snow corridors here (they can go up as 20 meters high!) is something that even Japanese locals want to do at least once in their lives, so best not miss out! Departing from Nagoya when you meet your conductor at the meet up spot, you'll be heading on the long drive to Tateyama. Lunch will be provided in a convenient bento box so there's no worry about buying food outside; just eat your bento whenever you're free or hungry! You'll stop over at the Tateyama Toll Road for a bit then off you'll go to walk in between the iconic snow corridors found along Murodo Station. Take photos of this exquisite place and feel like you're taking a stroll through heaven with the snow surrounding you everywhere. Once you're done, you'll be given some free time to shop for souvenirs in the town before you finally return to Nagoya in the evening.

The meeting place is difficult to find, the English tour guide does not understand English, the itinerary is mainly in Japanese, and English does not explain in detail, unfortunately. The itinerary is right and the scenery is beautiful.

It was a pity that it was not able to go out to the snow wall because of heavy rain that day. People in the newspapers must be psychologically prepared to be affected by the weather. They may not be able to go out and roam around and travel back and forth by 5 hours each way.

Save yourself the trouble of self-help. Chinese tour guides in Japan are very dedicated. The journey is really far away but it is worth it. Thank you.

Walking around the snow valley is too short, and a snow-white road can only be seen from a distance. However, this is because there is no way to do this because of the length of the return trip. The organizers have already allocated the best time and worked hard.
