Three people stayed for two days. Because the front desk couldn't find the order, we waited for 15 minutes. The staff told us to keep us waiting, so they gave us an extra breakfast, which was commendable. However, it was explained that fruit bowls would be delivered on both nights, but not on the second night, so I didn’t pursue them because I was too full.

The service was too passive. I stood at the front desk waiting to check in, and the two staff members just ignored me even though they weren't busy. The bathtub in the room was horrifying, with over a dozen burn marks from cigarettes. Having a bathtub was as good as having none! Breakfast only included one person each day and the food was ordinary. The room itself was actually quite nice, but unfortunately the bathtub was too exposed and not suitable for families, with no door or shower curtain!
