House Rules
- NOTE: Rooms opened for sleeping will be subject to how many guests are staying
- QUIET HOUR: Please respect our neighbors. No loud noise or music starting 9:00pm.
- GUEST CAPACITY: Guests should not exceed the maximum occupancy set by the host
- SMOKING AND PET POLICY: Smoking INSIDE the property is strictly prohibited. No pets of any kind are permitted in the property.
- CHECK IN/OUT: Check in time is at 2:00pm while check out time is 12:00pm.
- LOST & DAMAGES: The property is provided AS IS. Any damages or loss of amenities shall be charged accordingly.
- CLEAN AS YOU GO: Please leave the property in the same general condition as it was in when you arrived. Wash dirty dishes before check out and dispose all trash in the designated bin.
- STRICTLY PROHIBITED: Bringing of videoke, bluetooth microphone, amplifier and the likes are strictly prohibited

We celebrated my dads 88th bday, we all love the place. Its was so homey, that we don't want to leave the Resthouse. But incase you Need to buy something, there are commercial establishment near the Resthouse . We enjoyed our stay so much that we will book again, this time its for my moms 80th bday. Kudos to host Paz and care Taker Ate Nene!
