Cancelation Policy
  • Full refunds will be issued for cancelations made prior to redemption of the voucher
  • Both Taoyuan Airport MRT one-way ticket and EasyCard are not refundable
  • Balance of the EasyCard is refundable at any Taipei Metro, Taoyuan Metro counter or EasyCard service center. The balance will be returned in cash after recycling the card and deducting an operation fee of NTD20. (Free operation fee if the card has been used for at least 5 times and 3 months)

    easy to redeem, easy to use! Claim was fast. dont forget to ride on the purple train not the blue one so u can get to taipei main fast!!

    Do yourself a favor, get this package. So easy to use, you really need a EasyCard to get everywhere in Taipei anyway.

    Very easy to redeem and you can use all items immediately. Once you exit the arrival hall, turn right and walk towards the end, you'll see the Unite Traveller kiosk. I got the 8-day sim, 2 mrt tokens and an easycard. Internet is fast and a cheaper option (versus wifi router) if you're a solo traveller. For MRT tokens, take the express train. Seats are more comfortable. Just don't ride the wrong train like I did (went the opposite direction). There's a charging station in the express train too. Scan the token when you enter, insert upon exit - so don't lose it during your commute. For easycard, I topped up at 7/11 and this can be used for transportation and convenient store purchases.
