in klook it shows booking confirmed but local operator didn't confirmed the booking because they are fully booked. when reach out to klook customer support they unable to reach operator it's big surprise to me and then customer support team said they will be working on getting my refund it's been more than 48 hours they still saying investigation in progress and update me shortly. This really bad experience for me i wasted a day by booking trip with them and my money also struck.
