Explore the area of the beautiful Khao Sok National Park on an overnight adventure that will take you to the most scenic sites in the area. On day 1 of the tour, you'll begin with a convenient pick up at your hotel in Phuket that will take you across the scenic Sarasin Bridge to the mainland. When you reach the other side, you'll make a stop at the Tsunami Memorial Site that was built as a tribute to those who perished in the 2004 disaster that struck the country. Your tour will continue with a fun elephant bathing program, where you'll get to take a dip into the pools together with the gentle creatures and join them as they bathe. By noon, you'll head to a scenic point that overlooks Khao Sok. Observe the vast landscapes - an untouched rainforest that's home to a diversity of wildlife - before heading to the Monkey Cave Temple where you'll not only spot some mischievous monkeys, but also see various religious statues within the caves. Stop by for lunch at the Khao Sok Discovery Restaurant and make sure that you have enough time to digest your food before heading out to the Khao Sok River for a leisurely bamboo raft ride. Then, you'll be transferred to the Khao Sok Boutique Camp where you'll check into your comfortable room for two. On day 2, start bright and early when you board a long tail boat ride to the gorgeous Cheow Lan Lake. Cruise along the tranquil waters as your experienced tour guide fills you in on facts about the lake and the wildlife that inhabit it. Once you reach the shore, take a short walk and hop on a bamboo raft and make your way the the popular Pakarang Cave, where majestic coral rock formations protrude from the ground and ceiling. Before your tour comes to an end, take some lunch at the floating restaurant where you can enjoy authentic Thai food, then travel to the pier to be transported back to your Phuket hotel.
