The Suvarnabhumi Airport Rail Link and City Air Terminal makes travel from downtown to the airport, and vice versa, more convenient, faster, and more flexible.   • Children aged 0-12 with height below 90cm can enjoy the transportation free of charge
  • If you want roundtrip tickets, please book 2 Single Pass tickets. The tickets can be picked up at the same time
  • The ARL Smart Pass' credit amount can be topped up. The card can be returned at an ARL counter in any ARL station to redeem the deposit of THB30
  • Please note that only the deposit can be refunded for ARL Smart Pass

  • You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher for this activity
  • The voucher is valid only on the date specified
  • You must present your voucher and exchange it for a physical ticket

Siam Center (Klook Counter)

  • Address: 979 Rama 1 Road, Pathumwan Bangkok 10330, Thailand. Klook counter is located at Siam Center M Floor, next to escalator (besides Etude House), see maps below
  • Present your Klook voucher to any Klook staff at the booth to have them scan your QR code for redemption
  • Pick up time: 10:00am-10:00pm (Collection will not be available outside of this schedule)
  • How to get there: Take BTS Siam Station Exit 1 or Exit 3. You can also take a taxi to reach the location

BKK Suvarnabhumi Airport (Klook Counter)

  • Klook counter is located at B Floor, RC6 (next to Airport Rail-Link Station), Suvarnabhumi (BKK) Airport. Please see maps below
  • Present your Klook voucher to any Klook staff at the booth to have them scan your QR code for redemption
  • Pick up time: 8:00am-11:00pm (Pick ups are not available outside of this schedule)

Opening Hours:

  • Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport Rail Link (ARL): 5:30am-12:00am, daily
  • Frequency: Every 15-20 minutes

    This is an essential item when arriving in Bangkok and need to travel to the city centre. The only feedback is the Klook counter was a bit far from the Arrival Hall, need about 10-15 mins walk. The counter was also a bit small serving many customers.
