First time taking the N'EX, need to go to the Sobu Line platform to catch the train. Tokyo Station is huge but great for browsing, with many souvenir shops along the way, be careful you'll spend all your money! The seats are a bit small, and if you don't get a luggage rack, putting your luggage in front of the seat leaves absolutely no remaining space!
